Opened for business at 10:30. Folks are rolling in. It’s a soft opening today and tomorrow. Friends and family etc. Grand opening the 25th. Restaurant and event pavilion to go.

I opened this with a statement about the design team being amateurs....well I didn’t have complete approved structural drawings for the restaurant until September. There was a lot of work I could do, but a lot I couldn’t. Plus changes by the owner are just the way it is.

Anyway, I’ll be delivering the restaurant soon and then I’ll be off to Big Pine Key for 4-5 weeks to finish a job we’re doing for the Fish and Wildlife Service.

Thanks for the tour today. The place is really coming together. Your hard work is the only reason why its nearly complete, and the light at end end of the tunnel is no longer the locomotive.
