Crash
2004, not the 1996
Los Angeles citizens with vastly separate lives collide in interweaving stories of race, loss and redemption. no violence, no sex, some swearing, not much character development because there are too many stories going on at the same time. Good acting, good dialogue, no special effects. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0375679/?ref_=nv_sr_1

There's enough violence and gore in my life (just trying to get out of bed in the morning).
Probably more than half of the actors in the movie are currently spouting gun control nonsense (unless they're making tons of money on movies they are in) and we don't want the children to get any ideas.
