Ok all here is some news..
I have found a hotel in Salida that has 18 rooms total and for now are unbooked for June 30th, July 1st and 2nd.
We would basicly take over the joint.. how cool is that.
it is a pretty nice and clean place.. we at least it will be until this bunch
gets there
here is the web site let me know what you think and i will let them know but we do need to act soon if we want it.
Sorry forgot to put in the rates.... single king 70 pernight and double queens is 82 per night, these inclulde a nuc and fridge in the room

I have found one other place so far that is willing to acomidate us and is less expensive but is not as nice and is not that much cheaper.


I also have found an Econo Lodge that is pretty good, it does have a couple of suites that have multipal beds and runs 159.99 a night. also there are rooms with a single queen bed for 75 and rooms with two double beds for 85 and rooms with two queens for 95 a night, but this one is filling up quickly so we do need to move quickly

Ok all here is the Golden Hotel information...
I have secured us a hell of a deal.. oh boy do I get the toast with butter on it for this one...
I found us a hotel in Golden called the
Days Inn Denver West Golden

Ok here is the deal. The rooms run 90.00 per night plus tax normally.
I got us 65.89 per night including tax..
Sorry but no continental breakfast but we do get a 10% discount coupon for breakfast at their restrurant.
They also have a few suites that have a King bed, a sleeper sofa and are normaly (i forgot to write it down) 140.00 a night but is 80.00 a night for us.
so we do need to get on this one but we do have a little time but the suites are going to go pretty quick.
When you call them be sure to tell them that you are calling about the
Doof Clenas Rooms so that you are sure to get the deal...
If there is any problem just let me know and it will get taken care of.

Mike the Salida hotels are not set in stone as yet, I just need to get an idea of which one works better for everyone and then will get a contract.
I have Salida at June 30, July 1 and July 2
Golden for which we do have a contract for 15 plus rooms (more if we need them and the suites if we want them) the dates for Golden (can change if need be) are July 3, July 4, and July 5
if anyone needs more information just let me know.
