tts install?
anyone ever install it on an xp machine, I am having issues and I don't know why.....

I didn't have to install Blondie's TTs. They came installed and I like em....alot

Did mine on an XP laptop too. I just put the CD in the drive and followed the directions that popped up on the screen. Try clicking on your drive and see if there's a setup file you have to manually start.

thank for the help, I went and tweaked angelas tts's and it started working
 when you install, your supposed to update using tts updater, it wasn't doing anything, I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be reading from the dongle, or hitting the net to update, it wasn't doing anything, I punched the computer a couple of times went to bed came down this am and its installing the updates, the dvd door is also laying next to the computer.... we shall see.....its got a ways to go

Glad it seems to be working for you.
Question about the TTS, is it the hardware piece that stores the VIN of the bike after it mates? I would assume so. Just curious as I know hardware is prone to failure, and if that info is stored elsewhere, I would want to know how to back it up...just in case.

the doggle is the hardware that stores the info....if Im not mistaken...the software talks to the doggle that then imparts the info to the ecm....fairly easy to work once you start doing it....but Im not a computer whiz....
