Doesn't matter, we'll plan this dig and then tell him Seriously, there are some good roads in East Texas. US 84 East of Palestine is a nice ride. The other side of Toledo Bend Reservoir (Louisiana) is really good (if you can find it). Then There's the Davy Crockett National Forest. All of that can easily be based out of Nacodoches

I find it very difficult to pay hard earned money to eat at mexican restaurants here in Dallas, or anywhere else for that matter, when I cook it better than they do. Home made hot sauce and everything. None of that store bought jar crap for this kid! It was just a suggestion and don't really care where I ride, as long as I'm riding somewhere.

I like Mexican Inn in Fort Worth. It's been around since my mother was knee high to a grasshopper. And there are a few taco trailers in Fort Worth that are to die for! I can ask my daughter the names if you want. Dallas?!? I don't give a care. . . |

You know there's always been this "thang" between Dallas and Fort Worth. Folks from other places always link them together like we're joined at the hip or something, but they couldn't be any more different if they tired. There are things to like about Dallas leaving comes to mind like Strokers for instance but we all know Fort Worth rocks and Dallas is. . .Dallas.

I grew up in Arlington and reside in Hurst. I frequent Ft. Worth more than Dallas, but there is greatness to be had in both cities. Both cities have many things to offer. I have no city envy.

East Texas suits me just fine. Just give me a time and a location and I'm there.
