Why would you mess with taking out a plug when the little Slime compressor works great? Can't see going to all that trouble, running your engine stationary in 100 degree heat, and plus pumping compression(nasty air) into your tire?

IIRC from my enduro days, those little spark plug hole pumps have an arrangement that puts clean air into the tire.
