Apparently they're made in USA, by HD as far as I can find.
Some Google-Fu found this DOWNLOAD which may not be your exact part number, but it doesn't matter...it indicates the seat is not serviceable. Just replace it.

This evening I'll check to see if it'e mentioned in the touring or the CVO supplement books. The book will at least have the heated seat switch info.

I think you'd need to "gut" the seat to remove a switch.Take it to an upholstery shop and ask them how much just to open it up and take a peek.

That's the issue.

upholstery shop can't get the switches out to recover seat.

I believe all of HD's seats are made by an outfit called Milsco. I remember trying to find them once w/ no actionable results.

I recently had mine sent back and all the internals replaced. Think it was about $150 for the repair. They will recover it as well and I think that was about $300. I may still have the box with the name of the company. Seems like it was in Ohio but not sure. I'm out of the country for another 10 days or I'd check. If you call Bumpus HD in Murfreesboro, TN they can tell you the name of the company.
