Torque values for handlebar clamps?

Does anyone have a manual handy that can tell me what is the correct amount of ft/lbs to torque the 4 bolts that secure the handlebar clamp? I hit a ridge in front of some railroad tracks a little "briskly" launching myself vertically off the seat and when I came down I pulled the handlebars down towards my lap about an inch or so.

Trying to reposition and tighten things back up to avoid that awkward feeling you get when your handlebars pivot down to your knees at speed

Should have been specific- it's a '08 Dyna super Glide.

Would it make a difference?

There's a spec. I don't have it, though.
If they're crooked after you tighten them, though, I can help with that...

I don't use a torque wrench on my Dyna. I just tighten the sh!T out of them.
