I'm thinking Warren is closer, especially when you take into account Jax telling Wendy to take the boys and go to the farm with Nero. He wanted them out of town when he goes down. Agree the P goes to Chibbs, natural progression. As for the by-law, agree it's to clear the way for the Grim Bastards to patch over and fulfill his promise to T.O. Warren was pretty damn close.
Terrible CGI at the end, silly chase, apparently California has no police, security, or bailiffs at their courthouses, and Kurt Sutter has zero command of subtlety. It was a disappointing ending to a disappointing series.

I should have known it would be a truck...as it was for JT. That season 5 trailer threw me.

I can appreciate the fact that he didn't take the approach of The Sopranos and make a vague ending for the finale. There was no doubt that he died. If I had to rank the ending on a scale of 1 to 10 and compare it to Dexter, Sopranos, and Breaking Bad (with BB at a 10, Dexter a 1, and Sopranos a 3), I'd say this finale was a 5. Pretty predictable, right down to them patching in the Grim Reaper guy (Michael Beech), but not terrible.

Oh it definitely wasn't Dexter-bad......Though that would have made for an interesting sequel series for both shows....."Jax & Dexter's Sawmill of Doom".
"Trust me, I got this." "Does he really have this?" "Dexter, don't forget the Code." "I think he has this." "Trust me brother." And on, and on, and on..... Anyway, why would they all pretend-pose to Mayhem Jax, only to shoot Happy? They wouldn't do that, they would have just shot Happy. That scene was done solely for the viewers, and that's just lazy TV. Same thing with the ending.....Jax sticks his arms out, Vic Mackey literally says, "JESUS", and then there's the wine-soaked bread on the side of the road. Yes Kurt, we get what you're trying to say. By the way, I totally want to believe that was Vic Mackey in the truck. It's been over 5 years, so the DEA was done with him. Now he's roaming the highways in an 18 wheeler looking for Corinne and the kids.

So many nice overviews / scenic pullouts in CA that you could see how far out you can jump a motor before you plunge 200 plus feet to the bottom of the cliff.
I can't recall any section of I 580 that is two lane covered with cob rough asphalt and tar snakes?

Jax ain't dead.
Wait until the 4 hour mini-series-comeback episodes. Here's the scenario: Jax gets taken to the hospital where that redhead lady pronounces him dead when he's really not dead. They fix him up and he goes out to the farm with Wendy and kids and becomes a shit kicker living off the grid. He becomes a good dad until one of the other chapters gets wind of it. Then he goes on a killing rampage against SOA members before moving to Oregon. The weather in the northwest gets to him and he blows his brains out in front of his kids. Which sets up the second come-back featuring Charlie Hunnam as an adult aged Able, now president of SAMCRO. And it plays out all over again.....

I 580 over the Altamont pass is pretty rough, but it's not a 2 lane road.

I think I am pretty darn interested in a Chibbs led SAMCRO. That would be a good season, I bet.
Would this also mean they can get away from Abel based plot lines? That kid was a HORRIBLE actor.
