It's stock?
Yeah sure.

I guess I have a different definition of "stock". To me, a bike is "modified" when the engine internals have been messed with - stroking, camming, adding a supercharger, etc. If only the air filter and EFI module have been changed, to me that is still a "stock" bike. Maybe no longer "factory stock" but still "stock" nonetheless. And all the shiny add-on accessories stuff is just that, add-on accessories.

Always good to meet another Road Glider -- even a stinkin' PURPLE one!
That's a great bike you've got there -- hope to be able to ride with you.
I LOVE mine too and don't give two hoots an' a holler what the fu(k anybody else thinks about 'em.
Hang around a while and you'll see Road Glides are "nearly the most popular bike on the forum!"

Oh, Dog, I hope not. I don't know what it's like down in Georgia, but up here in the Great White North you can't swing a cat without bouncing it off an E-Glide (no offense, Stoney). I like the uniqueness of the FLTR and it's only the second bike I've owned that makes me happy to see another one pass by on the road.

We stand out down here too (with pride I might add)!

By "most popular" I actually mean something akin to "most maligned!"

Does anyone have the 2010 RG? If so how much ride does it lose as compared to early models?

If I had the money to buy something like the pretend RG for 2010 I'd have to put full height shocks back on it and a windscreen. Heck what they have on there don't even keep the bugs from hitting the radio.

Lower the rear of a touring HD 1" and the corners aren't as tight anymore.

Finally got my Shark Nose set up pretty much the way I want it; Cee Bailey 18" shield, '09 headlight bezel (which was a bugger to install), coulour matched Hogg Chopps lowers, Kuryakyn highway pegs, Mustang solo seat, Mustang rear fender bib, HD saddlebag lid covers, Bushtec trailer hitch, rear fender rubber bumper, Wolo air horn, barrel style bar grips, K&N air filter, Power Commander chip, push button fuel door lid and a short radio antenna.

There's still a few items left on the "me want" list, like a solo tour pac, bagger brace and a centrestand, but I can probably live without them for a while yet.

No, still have the same trailer, the 19cu ft Starlight cargo. Haven't used it at all this year, though.
