Smile Abba Shrine Bike rally and ride 2007

At this Mardi Gras rally, thousands of bikers get together, party and play all weekend, then ride the parade route across town. Cop escorts out the wazoo. A few pics...
It was a blast! And this was my 1st time to ride with the bikes on the parade route on my own bike! So gone are the days of riding b*tch! Girls on bikes are obviously like guys with puppies...people just love em!
Few pics

No, after working longer than I planned I got a very late start and the bike took me directly to Blues Tavern first. I heard downtown was a cluster fornication and, well, Randy had sausages and pork butts cookin' and, well, one thing led to three and, well, Randy said a hotazz band was gonna be there so I stayed for the band and, well, the place started oozing crazies from the Joe Cain overflow, I snagged a table way off to the side and settled in and, well, you get the drift ... it was a mite nippy riding home last night.

To all the Pennsylvania blues fans, the band was from your neck of the woods - Skyla Burrell http://www.soundclick.com/pro/view/0...ntent=pictures

This young lady can play, she can sing, and she's mighty pleasing on the eyes. Super high energy, tight 4-piece band. Do not miss her if she comes your way.

Speaking of which .. she's playing again tonight and, well, you get the drift.
