I was going to ask, as I know I couldn't have been the only one experiencing this.
 I noticed this at home as well. it only happens when I use Chrome. Mozilla still has it right on my screen. Good day all ...

I only see it on Chrome before I log in. once I've logged in the page is normal. I log in before I go further, so I will re check it to see if all pages are like that on chrome sans sign in.

Not getting it in Chrome on my phone. Scroll down and see what's extending off to the right and causing it. Take a screen shot of it or have a neighborhood kid show you how.

Nope, it only happens on Google chrome before signing in. Firefox is good to go before and after signing in.
