A Tall Shield or Two
I seem to have a couple.
The bike came with a 10" but the P.O. swapped a 13". I need to go back the other way. I'll probably get a ClearView but I'd like to see if any of you have 10" take-off layin' around. I would happily send funds... Ancient Iron (Greg) had an unknown but NIB shield that he was kind enough to send over. It turned out to be a FairVue 12 1/2" and it has a slight 'recurve' to it. Not as pronounced a curve as the ClearView design. So I now have an HD 13" clear and the Fairview 12.5" clear if anyone needs them. Just send along an addy and you can get a new view!

I'm trying out the v-stream that I got from Ken.
With the 13" HD and the 12.5" FairVue, bothe are just a bit too tall and encroaching on my field of view. Also, with either of them there is NO wind at my helmet; I can't even get the lid's vents to work. With this shorter v-stream shield there is now wind at the top, the vents work (and damn noisy) and there is a small amount of lid shake. In general, I'm getting welcome air. I don't know if an inch taller would be just right or too much...but I'll use this for now.

With my 10" Windvest, I get a little shake, not much noise, and very little air.
