Progressive suspension bagger brace.

Lawd ha murthy. This should have been installed from the factory for the pre-2007 touring. Night and day I tell ya. Back to curves above 90mph without the pucker factor. !!!!!!!!!!

I seem to do well with what I got. I do feel a bit of flex at times, but it's always been manageable. Sticky tires have always compensated for the bikes natural deficiencies. I I've been thinking about going with the Stabo bushings to keep the underside clean of extra hardware when the time comes to replace the bushings. Mines nine and still all original. I like being able to lift my scoot with my ATV jack.

Mine goes right up with the red Craftsman...
Non-issue.

I like the Stabo bushings. They have two distinctly different bushing kits and the ones that would fit yours isn't a 'replacement', its an 'add-on' thing. (I think that your bike is a 2006 or so?) On the pre-'02s there is a Sta-Bo bushing for the swing arm that is a replacement/upgrade item. the factory fixed the swing arm in 2002 so you don't need that part.
The Sta-Bo bushing that would help on yours fits beside the rear engine mounts (donuts) and fits '02~'08. It installs in five minutes (unless your pipe has to be removed) It's really simple, effective and reversible.

You just missed out on a great deal on one a couple of weeks ago. If you had had the presence of mind to show up at Dinero's house at just the right moment you could've had a free Bagger Brace INSTALLED while you waited...gratis.
Rich won that lottery.

It's all about the timing.

I'll look into the outside donuts Ricky. I don't experience much flex as of yet.

And thanks for the jack info Dave. I was unaware of the clearance issues

JUST SAY NO TO STA-BO!!!! Put them in my 2003 Electra Glide Classic. For the first 5-6K or so miles they were great. The wiggle came back very slowly, and when I realized just how bad it had gotten, I checked them out. The bushings had completely disintegrated! Don't think they lasted me a year. Went back to stock bushings and swing arm axel. I have an Alloy Art TRX and an Allow Art Front brace as well. Solid as a rock.

You may not be riding hard enough. That was a poke. Ha!

But seriously. I ride the OEM du loos and the damn thing rides on rails now. I don't get the extra vibes some people talk about. Ground clearance hasn't changed. Honestly the bike should have came this way.

If I get the Avon WWW tires to boot. I think my girth will increase.
