Back from the hospital
BACK FROM THE HOSPITAL!
after 5 days and the removal of my sigmoid colon I am home again. They tell me no permanent damage once my body gets used to the missing piece. And tomorrow I get my closed angle glaucoma lasered to relieve pressure in the eyeballs. Other than that there isn't much news.

Sounds like you've been put through a lot.
I'm minus 11" of my colon. Been 7 yrs now. Just need to stay hydrated. Other than that, I don't notice it gone. Also had the eye pressure laser treatment. No big deal. Best wishes to you for a fast heal.

Getting the catheter removed tomorrow.
Laser surgery on the eyes was quick and painless.
