When I was still a CLA, we had a degloving case. Idiot tried to cross a moving train between cars and sued his employer (not the railroad) because he was on the job when he hurt his stupid self. Apparently decided he'd impress his boss by getting to the other side of the train so he could open a gate and have it waiting for the crew truck when the train passed. There's stupid and then there's new hand on an oil field crew stupid.
