Dude, I was busy supervising two groups of technicians in a power plant, I had no time to call someone just so I could tell them the same thing I told them in my email...

I've installed two of these pipes, and I've had them on and off the bikes easily 20 times. They're a snug fit, and if you don't put them on the right way, they're simply not going to go on the bike. While it's entirely possible that you got a pipe that was manufactured incorrectly and slipped by the QA check, I'd be willing to bet you a nice cigar that it's simply an installation problem. That's not a reflection on you or your mechanical abilities, just an observation after reading dozens of similar threads on other forums. There are thousands of these pipes out there, and there's at least half a dozen of us here who use them. I have no stake at all in Fuel Moto or Jackpot. I just think it's a little extreme to take the time to start a thread to call a product a piece of crap when you haven't availed yourself of the company's tech support line. Email's fine for general questions, but if you have a problem that you're this upset about, it would seem to be a better course of action to pick up the phone. Again, not taking sides here Harley, and I'm not jumping in your $hit over this. You've got a product that a lot of people, myself included, are very happy with. No one wants you to be unhappy with it. I'd call you to talk you through the install, but I'm at the office without my bike to use for reference.

I feel your pain, Harley. I think this is a common problem with exhaust makers. I've had a lot of bikes and tried many aftermarket systems and unless it's a true dual set up they rarely lined up perfectly. Heck, even the stock pipes take a little (OK, A LOT) of persuasion sometimes to get lined up. If the pipes are welded crooked, you are screwed. V&H may or may not be better. To me it's just the luck of the draw. With the 110, you add another variable in the mix.
But, for the money they charge for bent pipes, they should be perfect. Maybe they un-clamp them before they cool after welding? They'll probably offer some lame excuse. Regardless, shame on Fuel Moto for not responding to your email.

Dan, last night I showed this pipe to two other guys I know who work on bikes for a living. They both verified that the rear pipe is out of alignment.
I defy anyone to install this crooked mess... Sent from my atomic powered HTC One using Tapatalk 2

Well, last night my buddy, Ross, took the pipes back to his shop and worked his magic. He says he got the front and rear pipes dead square and straight with the crossover, and with one another. It's gonna be raining on Saturday, so it'll be a good day to try again. I'm gonna get that pipe on my bike!
