This is a good point, dj. I like my stock seat pretty well. A new one from HD sort of tempts me.

The dealer's gotta be able to put one on for a test sit.

I am intrigued as well but don't want to be their guinea pig.

The stock saddle on the 08 is good for a 500 mile day. In fact, the last thing on your mind is a sore ass at the end of the day. THAT says alot.

I have this silly little foam-filled air mattress deal that is designed for sitting on hard stadium seats. That 10-dollar investment has been more better than hundreds spent on other seats. Airhawk makes them specifically for bikes, but my cheapo is still working.

It's made by Therma-rest. Looks like they don't make the same model anymore, but the link goes to a similar one.

I've got 2 Ironbutt runs on my H-D Reach Seat, plus a lot of 3,4,5,600 mile days too. The wifey likes the passenger seat. It just works great, and it was only $240 from Zannotti's.
