Erie riders check in
Got back from Erie about half an hour ago. Had a great ride back.... only a few sprinkles of rain the whole trip. Should be hearing from Scabby soon, and Ironman should already be home. Y2kflhr and simply confused probably won't be home until 6 or later.
Check in when y'all get home!!

O/k, I'm home. Rained so hard the last 20 miles I had to pull over and clear the water out of the inside of my glasses.
So, hope everybody else checks in and had a safe ride home.

I'm home, damn it rained like hell through the poconos....sun came out over the bronx, rode the shoulder or I wouldn't have been home for an hour....

I'm home, got in around 4:00. Sorry for the delay in posting, decided to get a hot shower and hang up all the wet gear before logging on. We (Dave, Doug and I) made better time that we thought, what with the rain off and on all day.

I got home around 12:30. Hit a heavy patch about 1/2 hour out of Erie. Rained so hard I stopped to changed to goggles. State Trooper stopped to check on me under a bridge. Good guy. Appreciated the concern. After that was smooth sailing ans sun when I hit Ohio.
Thanks for having me Scabby. Bill had some good stories and a very interesting life.

Well, thanks again to Scabby & his BH for taking me & y2kflhr in for the night.
And, I know I speak for all; Scabby, stoney61 & his BH, IRONMAN, and y2kflhr for the honor of meeting Bill. The word hero is overused these days, but that man is a true American hero. It's men like him that let goofballs like me wander around free & safe.
