Been 18 years for me! If I can do it, so can you.
Oh yea, the breathing part...... that's NICE!!! What did help me was putting a snack like peanuts, or raisins or sun flower seeds in the same pocket I kept my smokes in. Satisfied the motion of reaching in and the hand to mouth motion.

Thanks guys. The only time I want a smoke now is when I drinkin' some beer and I will admit that I have cheated a couple of time while drinkin'. But I still goin' whip this.........
Oh yea, Mega it is already amazing about the smelling...........

For the time being, do NOT do the activities that you did that made you smoke, like going to the bar. Give it just a few days, that's all. Took me a while to get past the "beer-smoke" thing. Few months if I recall.......... I know..... I know...... LOOOOONG time to go without a beer!!!

Hang in there Joey and Timmy. You're both doing great and it does get easier.
Not only does your sense of smell improve but you'll be amazed at how much easier it is just to take a deep breath.
