Help
I have suddenly lost interest. I used to ride all the time. But now I just don't care anymore. If I force myself to go for a ride I enjoy it but I just don't have the urge anymore.

I rode a lot more when I had the Texas Hill Country in my backyard. There really aren’t any good roads for riding within a couple of hours. I am looking forward to a nice week in ES where the roads are made for bikes.

It happens Fred. I have the desire, but there is so much going one I have to find the time to ride.

I've kinda got that way with whitewater kayaking, but I still have multiple kayaks for when I do get the time and urge to go. I'm sure it will happen with riding someday, but I believe I'll still keep a scoot or two around for when I do want to ride. I hope that day is a long way off

Maybe you just need a lot more unpleasant chores to do at home. I find having the prospect of cleaning the bathroom looming before me good incentive to do anything else.
That being said, my son swiped my bike last year and I found I didn't miss it as much as I thought I would.

This is my problem...I find it's like anything. It's only a priority if you make it so. But...when it comes to riding that "enjoyment" never fades.

I've thought of contacting Kay but I just can't afford it.
I can hold my bike up at a stop I just can't make tight turns.

Fred, if you would really like to keep riding but want to enjoy it more than you have lately....
Sell the behemoth and get something you feel more comfortable with and can more easily handle. And, forget the BS about them not wanting to give you what the special paint job and fairing and yada, yada, yada are worth. You're not happy! Life is too short, do what you need to do.
