Swede's get less fat and actually pass his fitness test log or something like that....
So there I am, brisk 38* on the track, all cramped up with a horrible run time. My beer and pizza diet didn't help things. This is a start of a new day for me as I like being employed and I also like being above ground. Beer will stay, in moderation. Pizza and other yummies like it are history for the most part save some occasional indulgences.
I've lots of work to do, y'all will get to watch. Thanks for reading this.

Good luck. I dropped 10lbs before my physical by interval training and cutting out fast food. I did not cut the beer out. You can do it if you put your mind to it.

Thanks y'all. Apparently it doesn't matter if I can carry 2-3 of my folks out of bad guy land. I gotta be able to sprint for 1.5 miles.
It'll do me good. Maybe folks will start thinking Blondie and I are actually close in age vice thinking she's younger.......
