I recall ppl suggesting a new chain be used as well. New clutch hub bearing too. I have access to a press and can install the bearing for young.

I believe that the Mothership is now including the bearing and circlip with the basket (which might explain the $300 price now). But I'll take you up on that if I need to.

I went with the 30T belt pulley, 6.4% increase / 200rpm at 60mph, should give a little extra oomph... I've never had a poor experience with Andrews stuff yet, all the way from my Shovel to now..

A new pulley with more or less teeth than stock requires moving the rear axle forward (34T sprocket) or backwards (30T or 29T).
.Rear axle position adjustment for each tooth change on transmission sprocket = + / - .125 inches (3.2mm)
.Rear axle position adjustment for each tooth change in belt length = + / - .280 inches (7.1 mm)
If there is not enough axle adjustment at the rear frame for the new sprocket, use a belt with more or less teeth than stock.

Andrews sprocket pulleys match 1994 style design. This arrangement
has the advantage of 50% longer internal spline length
compared to the early design. 1994 style pulleys will fit both early
(1985-1993) and late transmission shafts. Overall Belt drive ratio
changes of 3%, 6% or 9% are very noticeable to a rider! All ’85-
’93 pulley kits have new style spacer, lock ring, retainer bolts
and seals included as part of the kit. Pulley kits for ’94-up
must use original stock seal and lock ring.
Pulleys: 2007 - UP Baggers
Final Drive Ratio (’07 & ’08) = 2.79 with stk 32 T pulley
Final Drive Ratio (’07 & ’08) = 2.97 with AP 30 T pulley
Final Drive Ratio (’09 & UP) = 2.87 with stk HD 32T pulley
Final Drive Ratio (’09 & UP) = 2.97 with AP 31T pulley (OK w/stock belt)
Higher final drive gear ratios mean more power!
New pulleys need belt lengths checked at time of installation
Pulleys - ’85-2006 (5 speed trans)
Speedometer calibration modules are available
from Dakota Digital for correcting speedometer for
pulleys with different numbers of teeth than stock.
Part number is: SIM-1
www.dakotadigital.com
Pulleys are available to fit EV80 and Twin Cam transmissions.
Pulleys have 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 & 34 teeth for 5 speeds and 30, 31
32 or 34 teeth for stock H/D 6 speed transmissions.
All 2007 - UP Twin cams and ’06 Dynas MUST use ’07 type pulleys.
Pulleys made for earlier 5 speed transmissions will not fit new H/D 6
speeds!
Pulleys - All six speeds (30T, 31T, 32T & 34T)
New in 2010:
31 tooth pulley on ’09 - UP bagger
changes the final drive
ratio from 2.87 to 2.97

Great balls I'd forgotten how expensive Harley parts are.

For anyone considering the front Brembo swap, here's what I've discovered....Brembos aren't compatible with DOT 5 fluid, so you've gotta run DOT 4. DOT 4 and DOT 5 don't play well together, and the big recommendation is to change everything in order to avoid contamination.

Part #s for the conversion are....

43027-08 for the caliper
44405-07 for the floating rotor (black, of course)
45013-96D for the 11/16" bore master cylinder from an FXDX

I'll have to call Magnum Shielding for a new line, and I'll need a set of pads. So with all new parts, this is around a $500 job. Holy crap.

You can source good replacements on eBay for less than that. I paid $125 for a pair of calipers and mastercylinder. If you want new, you'll spend new prices

Good thing about the late model ones is that they are likely just pulled to replace with their chrome equivalent. If you find someone that doesn't realize the value or doesn't set a reserve (both apply to my purchase) you win!
