First I've heard of your air guitar. So, you know, sorry. As to the rest of it, we've been asking if that was a possibility for years. Just another damn Dave Fluent in Pidgin Cigar Spanish

Ricky, I was explaining to my friend Chad about your, um, problem. Zippers Cushion-Drive Chain Conversion Kit for 2009-up touring Models. This kit is supplied with a steel front sprocket, a 7075-T6 aerospace aluminum rear sprocket or black steel, and O-ring chain (Available in standard metallic, gold, or black) or Drag Race Chain . Our cushion-drive chain conversion kit is equipped with a chrome-moly axle and severe-duty slider-style chain adjusters, eliminating the cam adjusters. Conveniently, this system bolts-on and does not require modifications to the swing arm. Sprocket size options: Front 24 - 25 - 26 Rear 50 - 52 -54 O-Ring Chain models Part #: Aluminum rear sprocket #817-707, Steel: #817-707S Drag Race Models Aluminum Sprocket # 817-717, Steel: # 817=717S You won't be disappointed with the deal he will give you either.

I'm curious how they manage the adjustment range. Mine has more range than stock, already, due to the mod for the 30T,

Here's your chance for some reverse engineering.
Maybe hire out as Harley R&D rider? R&D for Zippers, S&S, maybe Vance and Hines and others?

Oh no. Not yet. They are deep into it. Actually looks like they may be on the way back with parts now.

Today, I sat and stared out the window into the swamp, er wetland, behind the HQ.

It's out of jail, a new belt installed. At a fair pace (4hrs) and the guy didn't go to lunch until done with my ride.
So it's going again. Is it well and truly *fixed*, no. Not as long as *I'm * riding it. But I swear, I'm going to tone it down, no more bang-shifting. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
