bike registration
how does it work where you are?
I have a 1977 shovel head. The engine was replaced in the fall ( 2006 93ci S&S). I am having problems getting insurance on this machine. The bike is now 30 years old and is considered a vintage model and most insurance companies do not insure .One insurance company said they would not insure because it has been modified( bigger Motor). does this mean i will have to register it as a 2006 0r 2007 model? would this be considered a builders bike?
