The second bike has arrived
My husband and the seller arrived at a price they could agree on and I wrote the check for the H*nda Shadow 1100 yesterday. It's a 2005 with 2500 miles on it; guy that had it has a wife who is freaked out by bikes and he only put 300 miles on it in three years. True story- I know his wife and she think bikes are straight shots to hell.
Now, theoretically, this is my bike. In reality, my husband is already talking about "breaking it in" for me while I ride the thoroughly trained ViRago. Don't want me to get throwed nor nothing, ya know. I'll let you know if I ever get to ride the H*nda. Tonya, H*nda or ViRago, I am ready to roll when you get here. Kathy, have bikes, will see you in SD in August. Will call this weekend to see if times are good for you all.

Congrats! My sister had one for a few years. No trouble, and she was pretty happy with it. She's happier now, though, got a Victory.
