Upcoming Remington 870 Pump "DM"?

As in Drop Magazine...

Looks kind of interesting, also looks as if the magazine attachment could be attached to an existing 870?

After removing the loading "shoe" thingy and drilling holes in the receiver body to accept the magazine housing thingy.

The 870 is arguably the most reliable shotgun ever made.

I have a lot of shotguns... from singles to pumps to semi's, from 20ga to 12ga to 10 ga....
Browning, Winchester, North American Arms, Benelli, Remington... Mostly pumps.

What is loaded with 00Buck in my bedroom ready to go?

Remington 870 Tactical.

It may take a minute to get it in my mind that I like it, but a detachable mag loaded pump gun definitely intrigues me. They had another brand, don't recall which, at Academy when I went to buy my Tactical. I never really looked, because I knew what I wanted.

My only issue, WTF has driven the price so high? I bought my 870 Tactical a few months ago for $319. the 870 DM Tactical is $799?

Dead sexy, though...

I'm actively on the hunt for a field stock for my M4, that pistol grip stuff is kinda ok on my CZ 858 but downright bugs me on the M4 when humping thru the bush in bear country.... I dunno this offering is just not my cup of tea.

This is what Remington copied, $245 Canuck bucks and everywhere. Whats that like a $180 Greenbacks? And they run without a hitch on 2 3/4's ...

Just like the way the magazine "receiver" is attached to the 870.

Looks like someone could come out with an "up grade" adapter thingy to convert an old pump into a magazine style.

Looks to me like that chinagun copied the 870.

I am a big 870 fan, always have been.
