Clutch ramps...
Can the ramp kit from Harley be combined with the White Bros. (Burly) EZ-pull hook?
I don't want to put in the light clutch spring.

The EZ pull hook is a POS. Just put on the ramps. Look at a new Barnett clutch cable the High Efficiency one. People say it really makes a big difference.

You won't have enough travel to disengage the clutch with both.

Good excuse to go with braided cables. Hoping to this winter. I had my ramp out last month, but surprise screwing by the dealer on my new bike, forced me to put everything together fast.
I will probably go with Barnett clutch cable and maybe 17 degree ramp, which I think is the new one, instead of 21. I am not hoping for alot with the just the new ramp, the posts I have seen are so-so. I have started to like the 07 clutch feel. |

With the reduced pull ramps and the SE heavy duty spring, I'm about back at stock for pull weight.

I still got my stck set up for clutch. I am not a real hard accelerator out of the hole. I like rolling it on, and going fast.
54k, plan on replacing belt this winter, may do clutch while I got it apart, depending on $. Not sure what I will go with. |
