Wish I still had my WWII .303 Enfield I paid $15 for through the old "Shotgun New".

I inherited a M 44 a few years back.
Until that time I had always turned my nose up at a "Russian Surplus" rifle. Oh my golly, after I had shot it a few times I found out how fun they shoot, I could have bought an arsenal of these at Big 5 in the $50 - $80 range ten years ago. I sure do wish I had checked into them much sooner.

I have a bunch of Enfields, Turk mausers and K-31’s that I bought when I had my CCR license.
