Bobcat went to town yesterday..... Got the back deck area and retaining wall section carved out. Getting the house down spouts into 4" PVC and a massive new rock pit today and then the retaining wall starts...

The hump got taken out on the view side too, as the deck goes around the corner to get a mountain view and a peek a boo of the lake...

Making room for a 680 sq ft deck leaves some spoil, should be enough to level the bumpy front... Then irrigation, fencing, turf, my head hurts. Done for the end of July, leaves August and September to truly enjoy, October with the fire pit and blanket
