CCW question ....
if you are wearing an IWB and only the handle/butt/grip is visible is that considered Concealed? If not, does that mean you have to untuck your shirt in that area?

No and yes. . . before the Open Carry Law in Texas if the weapon could be seen or if the outline of the weapon could be seen one could be charged with brandishing.

You'd have to check the laws in the Carolinas, but typically if you can see any part of it it's not concealed.

The Crossbreed line of super tuck and mini tuck holsters are a good holster for tucking your shirt over the holster and pistol, between the holster and the waist band and belt clips. Just a bit of tugging and adjusting to get the shirt end between the waist band and holster. The one I picked up at Sportsman's Warehouse, for my S&W Shield was in the $65 range. I wear a tee shirt over it, haven't tried a real button up shirt yet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bm-eiyVZ9b4

Unfortunately, there is no permit required for that either.

Thanx, everyone. I have seen a lot of butts showing but not with youze guys.
Does anyone else have a suggestion that they think is better than Crossbreed? I'd like something softer than 100% Kydex.

Only the holster part is kydex, the main part is leather which the holster body is mounted to. Which is against your body flesh.
The only issue I have with mine is the Hogue grip sleeve sticks to the flesh, only noticeable when you shift about, pinches a bit then it breaks free. https://www.galcogunleather.com/ https://www.desantisholster.com/ http://blackhawk.com/products/holste...rs/concealment https://www.desantisholster.com/
