Keep up the good work Randy! I quit cold turkey 11 years ago. Like Y2Kblablabla I have a cigar on a rare occasion after having too much to drink. The cigars are usually so bad it makes me never have the desire to have a cigarette again.

I quit cold turkey 2-1/2 years ago. Best damn thing I ever did for myself. I truly don't miss it a bit, but the habit is still there. On a cold morning waiting for the car or bike to warm up, I still reach for a smoke to go with my coffee from time to time.
It's a brutal habit to break, but I feel so much better now without them I can't imagine going back. Oh, and Dana would beat me, then leave me if I ever started smoking again. And she hits hard.

You can do it, Randy.
The key is YOU have to WANT to. It is between your ears, and you cannot lie to yourself. When YOU are good and ready, it's not that hard. I quit a 3-4 pack a day habit almost 4 years ago. Because I wanted to. Stay tough!!
