Congratulations on a great bike!
While down at Arlington, I visited Quantico Harley and darn near fell in love with this beauty. A special addition 1 of 65.

Spent 7 hours in the saddle today. Literally 7 hours. Didn't get off for fuel, and I held my pee all day. The stock seat ain't perfect, but I have no pain in my rear. The stock bars ain't perfect, but I have no pain in my shoulders or wrists. The stock suspension ain't perfect, but it'll do for the time being.
At 75 degrees I never felt any heat from the motor, even in 10 minutes of slowdown in which I never let go of the clutch lever and never got out of 1st. At 90mph and above, there's zero buffeting or helmet toss. At cruise I can barely hear the bike, and it sounds good (though still very quiet) when I'm beating on it. And at triple-digit speeds it's dead-nuts stable. No movement from the wind pushing the fairing like every stinking Batwing I've owned or ridden. The only gripe is that the Bagger Wobble Beast rears its ugly head way too often. I need to get a True-Track on the thing toot sweet. The power is downright surprising. I passed a tool and his wife out in WV today. He was on a black Road King with ridiculously tall apes and toolishly downshifted and pinned his throttle when I moved out to overtake the two of them. I left him like he was standing still. No idea what engine or mods he might have had, but given his rear tire size it was at least a 96.

A TC 96 is Harley's version of Chevy's 307.
I don't care much for the wind-induced Harley Batwing shimmy either, but I'll deal with it. I don't need to see 90+ mph on the 'b'.

Funny I haven't felt that wind issue?
Didn't you do some slip on mufflers? Or still stock? The wife doesn't know when I roll back home with the factory mufflers now. Hummm? My Clearview should be here next week, stock is a tad short for me, but that vent thingy sure takes care of the low pressure buffeting or is it just turbulence for now. Tank slapping on the new frame? Really? Maybe my '06 was so bad anything else that is less is a real joy? I did the true track, the poly swing arm bushings and front engine mount, never really got rid of it, the Poly swing arm guy, on his web site, said the head bearings really have to be adjusted correctly, which I finally did and then I got them so tight it had the slight other little dance, but it wasn't as bad as the tank slapper.

Fullsac DX pipe, Fuel Moto backing plate and filter in the stock housing, stock CVO mufflers, and an '05Train special Power Vision tune. The bike rips.
The wobble is the nature of the beast. I tend to ride a bit hard, so it manifests itself more frequently than I'd prefer. This is actually the worst of the three Touring bikes I've had; going to check alignment next weekend, but I suspect that it's due to how hard I push it. I've found that my corner speeds are increasing due to how much I'm using my body in the corners. I ran past a couple sport bikes today in the mountains and the floorboards never grounded. That says to me that I'm keeping it more upright as I'm hauling myself out of the seat. With that said, there's a massive difference between the Shark and the Batwing when it comes to stability, especially around tractor-trailers at speed. Of course the new front end makes a difference, but there's zero movement from either the wind or from traffic wash. And dangit, I think the new fairing looks great.

Yeah, behind semis at high speeds when I'm getting too close, three seconds back?, I can feel a shake / turbulence, I (to myself) call that being in the baffles?
Sounds like you enjoy the corners... I've had to start using the back way into and out of town, CA 182 / NV 338 / NV 208, because some of the younger troopers don't mush care for me riding 70 plus in the 55 zone 17 miles North of town on US 395. I try to resist but by the second good corner I find the speed creeping up... There is one really nice tasty S corner I love laying into and then wresting (?) the bike back the other way. It's an addiction...

Really looking hard (lusting?) at the Fuel Moto E-Series pipes and that backing plate.
Might have to divest in one of my bang sticks.
