Today, September 27, 2009, I met up with RoadWolf on I-20 and we made the ride to Georgia Highway 43. It was a beautiful cool morning. I left my house at 8:30 in short sleeves. 9:30... sipping coffee... I hear a rumble in the distance & I had a feeling it was the RoadWolf. We met, had a B.S. session while I finished my coffee, and then we hit the road. I will start off by saying this man hauls ass.... lol. After a nice 30 minute cruise we arrive at the Ga 43 intersection. Park the bike... add 1 rubber chicken... smile for the camera... cheeeeeese... and Done! Took a ride down 43 together for a few miles. Swapped bikes while turning around and let RoadWolf feel the Thunder. I think he was having fun, cause I had a hard time keeping up with him. Hey, I told him to turn it loose! Afterwards, I graciously bought Don breakfast at the Waffle House to make it official and thank him for "sponsoring my sorry ass". (I read that in the prospect guidelines somewhere.) My 43 picture is proudly displayed in my signature.

Mercury did good y'all -- got the 4 and the 3 on the wrong hands and everything! It was a pleasure to meet you and ride with you Bob. Lookin' forward to more!

Bob's actually kinda' modest about his bike. He shouldn't be. The throttle response on it is more like a Buell than a Harley -- and he did most of the work himself. Great job -- and thanks for lettin' me run it down the road!!!
