Got the run around for 10 minutes after pressing 1. That’s the reservation desk. Asked to speak to a supervisor and got run around for another 5 minutes. After being on hold was told to dial 0 to speak to someone at the front desk as they have the info for the group. Said the front desk was busy and to call later.

I got the $69.00 rate for a King with Balcony.
Maybe this year they will hose down the balcony so we don't feel like the inside of a spider web.
