the BACK button is full of what it says in title...

Go to your Control Panel and find your Programs. Try to uninstall it. You might have to run AdAware or one of the other malware cleaner.

Install firefox.

Install the adblock plus add-on and use it to create a filter to block all the doubleclick ad stuff.

Easier to do than explain.......
