What do I need to buy to get my Droid X mounted and powered on my bike? Was your case waterproof?

use this as your guide, I got the main piece from spoiled biker . com the rest I got from different places, you can just make a list and price them on the interweb, I use a ziplock bag for waterproofing...works like a charm, I also don't know how you want to mount it to the bars, you can use a ubolt style clamp or a clamp that goes onto the brake/clutch bracket

Nice! Spoiledbiker . com was what I couldn't remember.
What kind of cable did you use for powering the phone? I'm guessing it connects directly to the battery.

I have a cigarette lighter so I just plug in the car cord, on my road king I used the battery tender plug and ran the wire into a powerlet adapter like this
