Met my wife while we were at school at MIT. She was a football cheerleader and I was the Quarterback on the college team. I was a stud then as I am now.

Buddy of mine and I went to the Wooden Keg (popular Pitt hang out in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh) for a couple of beers and to listen to the oldies on Porky Chedwick night. Ran into another buddy who was talking with two girls (one tall 5'10" - one short 5' and both cute) he knew. After introductions we all stood around talking, drinking beer and listening to the music. After about half an hour, the tall one looked right at me and said, "OK bud, one or the other but you can't have both!".






Come July we'll be married 34 years.

Met her working out in a corn field. Flirted with her all summer long. Didn't talk to or see her for another year, then it turned out my sisters and her sisters were friends. Talked to her a little bit, dated her for a week, best friend stole her away from me. Didn't talk to her for 3 years. She wrote me a letter out of the blue the day I left on my first cruise in the Navy. Kept writing and talking to her during that cruise. After I got back, she moved in with me, married me 6 months later. Been married for 13 years on the 30th of this month.
