A lot of money for frames and tools...

My thoughts also. May be why they're going out of business. But, they have a registered name and their bikes can be financed. (Blue Book listed) Probably have a dealer network affiliation with some chopper shops across the country, too.

Engines could be changed to something else and the whole line redesigned. The tools and bikes they have listed are worth something, but it's the name that is of real value.

The name is associated with their designs... possibly lack of quality...

I think the name, "Snappy Cycles" could do as well or better...

For that price, a redesign, good marketing plan and quality upgrade, could easily overcome any past issues.

We could go with Snappy, but we're gonna need a logo.
