I think Motorola was trying to steal some of Apple's momentum on the iPad 2 by releasing it earlier than they should have. The big selling point around it at CES was that was flash capable and had memory card slots. Having to wait a few months for a free 4G upgrade became less of an issue when Apple decided to forgo any HSPA+ or LTE capabilities on the iPad 2. This summer, the Xoom will be the only 4G tablet that I am aware of.

we played with a xoom at the verizon store yesterday, its pretty awesome, I am going to wait for a wifi only version and either root or hotspot it....

and I am the geeky nerd at work....

Check with Sam's Club or Costco. I believe they were both selling a WiFi only Xoom for around $550 a couple of weeks ago.

Tapatalk will allow you to upload pics. THat's what I use from my iphone.

I'm not aware of any mobile browser that fully supports uploading pictures to a forum. The best way to get them posted from phone/tablet is to use the Tapatalk app. Lots of us here are already using it and it's highly recommended.

No flash on the iPad so I'm guessing you are talking about the support for Adobe Flash. That's not going to ever be available on any iOS device, everybody is going to HTML5 which is more efficient and less resource intensive.
