Cruiserworks Boots - Great Customer Service (update w/pics)

I have big feet...big narrow feet to be exact, so I'm always on the lookout for shoes or boots in my size. I ran across a recommendation for Cruiserworks boots on another forum so I checked them out. Look good, built like a tank, waterproof, available in my size (at least they were, have been discontinued in that size) which is unheard of (15 narrow) and everybody raves about the customer service. Only problem is I hate the thought of paying $250+ for a pair of boots. So, I check around and find a pair on Ebay for a great price. Now the problem is no returns and boot sizing is a strange thing. My everyday riding boot is a 14 and I even have a pair of Durango in 13 that fit. Figured I better call the factory and see if they have any guidance on sizing. The gal that answered the phone could not have been nicer and gave me what info she could, but still no way to tell if they will fit...she was saying she would hate for me to get stuck with boots I couldn't wear. Then she said, "Hang on" and put me on hold. When she came back she says, "I have one pair left in your size, I'll just let you have them for the same price and you can return them if they don't fit." Wow...that's old world stuff right there. I got the shipping confirmation about 10 minutes later. Man I hope those boots fit!

I'm not sure if they were in the "AOPA Gear" section or not...

Boots are here.
Fit like a glove. I am a happy camper, to say the least.
These things are waterproof and lighter than the nylon mesh service boot I've been wearing. Plus ankle and toe protection.

Just bought a pair of these this week. They are the best riding boots I have ever owned. Made in the USA. Bought the side zip with the full waterproof welt. Fantastic boot.
