I believe I heard that since the Margarator wasn't there this year, that the new owner figured he'd lost his touch. I guess the new owner likes her Margaritas.

Met Ray for the first time last week and he goes out of his way to get me a contact at Pig Trail Harley for my repair. Great guy.

Not to mention the fact he got up in the middle of the night when your room card didn't work, even though he was no longer an employee.

Ray wasn't the only one that got up when Cheese's card wouldn't work.

I hadn't seen Ray since 2005, I think. Honestly, I didn't remember him. But he remembered me! By name!

Sorry to hear. He's a good person.

I guess times are tough for the hotel business. There were an awful lot of vacant rooms at the hotel. FFB only had 8 people (including Dan and me) out of the 20 or so that said they were coming; and Doofs didn't have near the number anticipated.

We had 22-23, I think. You're right, not near the number we thought we'd have this time last year, but about what we'd been thinking for the last month or so.

I can assure you that the steel doors and electronic locks on room 108 at the Rodeway Inn have been stress tested.

I would officially like to apologize to any neighbors that might have been disturbed during the 1:30 am stress test.
