Got a call on my cell phone from AT&T
Saying my AT&T account was suspended and the phone would no longer operate until I called some phone number and paid something to unlock it.
Should I wait until it stops working or call before it gets locked? .

Just report it to AT&T and sit back and drink beer.

Send me $25 and I'll make sure it's not suspended

I think you should send them a Western Union money order to their address in the Dominican Republic.
