Don't blame you. I only do it as part of my job- seriously.

Essentially: line a pan with bacon. Line the bacon with beef. Line the beef with cheese and jalapenos, make a sauce that includes a healthy jolt of jaegermeister, fold the bacon in around the whole mess, cook, and serve up heart attack on a plate.
