Number 20 pickling Crock
Need a lid for it, measures 18 1/2 inches across side to side.
Does the number 20 refer to it being twenty gallons? Biggest crocks I have found online so far are number 10's (ten gallon?) Hauled this beast home from Denver for the daughter, took up half the rear cargo area of the 4Runner, asked if she is making kimchi for the entire town.

I got curious and looked it up online. Found this:
