Fiberglass cloth wrapped the baffles and here is the dyno results of doing that. I did loose a little but not enough to matter. The sound of the D&D mufflers was very loud and the fiberglass cloth took the sharpness out of them. Loud is cool but I like going on hours long rides and the drone of the exhaust got old.
lost 2.11 tq 2.87 hp Not enough to notice. Wrapping them actually made it run slightly lean the tuner added 3% across the board to bring the air/fuel back. He said that was unusual because it should have made it rich. Unwrapped baffles Wrapped baffles

This is not same tuner/dyno same day it's a different tuner different day that tuned both cylinders separately on a newer dyno. My uneducated opinion is a different tuner and a 2-1 pipe is why there is so much change.
This is the tune I had in before the Bassani 2-1 This is the tune with the Bassani 2-1 the tq and hp both peak sooner and stay longer.
