The guy doing the runs felt if I switched to an open end cap it would do 100/105 but I would lose a bit of that early torque. Of course I'd also have to listen to it. I like the sound and the way it runs as it is. Oh, the dippy run on here is an old 88", se203's, pre-tune one.
Man she gets up on it early!

You need a tune and you live in NE Il?

See Jim Egizio at Illinois Harley, Berwyn.

Fresh offa the dyno this morning......

Little ol' 88

SE Super Pro Tuner
V & H Dresser Duals
CVO Mufflers w/Fullsac 1.75" baffles

Jim says I need a heavier clutch spring. The clutch was slipping on full throttle pulls.

Bike is a treat to ride now, nice easy roll on power.

The new exhaust barks majorly when you romp on it, nice mellow tone at cruise. Purrs like a kitty at idle.

I'm super satisfied!

Finally!

I take it you aren't heading over this way later this month then?

Dyno looks good, glad you got it all ironed out now.

That's a really nice 88" chart.

120" Head Quarters Build Tuned By JD's Cycle Works

Dropped off the bike awhile back to have Dave chase down a noise and fix it along with break it in and tune it. I'm very happy with the end results, and know why you folks call him Smart Dave. The build turned out as I had planed. Build is a 120" Head Quarters using HQ heads, HQ 0033 cams, HPI 55mm throttle body and a Supertrap Supermeg with 25 disk and a closed end cap.

I think the belt will survive, I'm not much or a burnout and wheelie type more of a get after it once moving. I road the bike a little more yesterday and boy am I happy with the way it rides, nice torque just where I like it.

It sounds nice and deep, I can tell from the sound it isn't the 95" that I had in there.

Buddy of mine is running a 124 in his wide glide. Still has a belt and he's pushing about 145hp. He's anything but easy on that monster too. Had the belt on there for a good 25k miles.

That is an absolutely beautiful chart. That bike has got to be a hoot to ride.
