Today is 8 weeks.

In the last 3 weeks, the straight ;eg measurement has went from -6 to -0 on the left leg, and -7 to -2 on the right.

Bending, on the left, maximum so far 101 degrees, right 96.

Goal is 110 each, any better is a bonus.

Still waking at least once every night for ice and meds. Then, soon as I wake, ice and meds again. Ice at intervals throughout the day and meds as needed, but sometimes I can go 5-6 hours during the day as long as I'm being relatively sedate. The more I stand/walk, the more pressure/stiffness it creates in quads and hammy.
