I could use a couple good words...
Strained or tore the rotator cuff in my left shoulder this past Saturday...they don't know which yet. I can't raise my arm up at all. Can't sleep from the pain...a month ago it was my back and a numb right leg...now this. I give up...

Ah GEEEZZZ Woody!
That sucks...quit trying to do all the stuff you could do when you were 40? I haven't been able to raise my right arm above my waist (needs total shoulder reconstruction) for years. 2% Lidocaine prescribed adhesive patches help me some, and may help you? Hope you're still able to get to Eureka! Get well.  Prayers sent and God Bless....
