At the dealer now. They're quoting nine (9) hours labor.
They are currently doing a full quote on the bars and full install.

Edit:

Interestingly they don't order in fully pre built hose for either side. They order a braided hose with AN fittings in the needed length; then use special banjo/AN fittings and clutch cover/AN fittings to adapt the (generic) AN hose. (the dealer said: These fitting numbers are Russell parts. But Googling them finds these numbers at cycle parts and others)
The brake and clutch hoses are identical but for the specified length.
There's some useful info in the quote:



I deal with industrial hoses everyday. You can order AN hoses by length from many sources you just need to determine a color or appearance match.
The prices here aren't bad, hell, the bars (same bars) are cheaper than from W1. The difficulty for me is selling me a tbw I don't think I need and the NINE hours labor.

Nine hours means that they have never done one and don't know what to expect. Check around.

Either that or their revenue flow is not what they need this month. In that case, check around.

If hoses are needed, here's a source
Reading through this I've come to the conclusion that the fittings needed would be

Brake m/c banjo 35* ----------4050C
Clutch m/c banjo 45* ---------1742-0069
ABS junction banjo str --------4047C------------<<EDIT:This is based on dealer info, I haven't seen it yet
Clutch housing inv flare 45* --4281C------------<<EDIT:This is based on a WAG, I haven't verified the thread

For the hoses, select the length you need from the list on the same page under
"Street Legal universal lines"

Note that some of the lines they offer utilize 'reusable' fittings and are not DOT approved. The street legal lines are, though.

The lines listed above are what the dealer installs and they are commercially built.

Some of the other lines in the catalog are truly U-build-em lines that are "for show or off-road use"

Wouldn't want those on my brakes.

All tin snip jokes aside, it ain't that difficult. I made the lines on the shovel w/ non-reusable component parts from Magnum. They're as solid ad any other line I've seen aside from titanium 5k PSI CV-22 hydraulic lines.

The 575 bars are on my Ultra, and, as far as I'm concerned, these bars should come stock. I'm able to sit back, the bit extra height is nice, and the 34" width makes the bike feel a lot more solid.

True to the local service manager's word, the bill for changing out my bars was $405, and that included changing out the clutch and brake lines which I supplied, and bleeding the brakes and clutch. Saved me a whole lot of aggravation...
